Mass and Healing Service

A Mass and Healing Service by Fr. Joseph P. McDermott is held at the Blessed Sacrament Church, 10 Diamond Street, Walpole, Ma 02081 on the last Sunday of every month (except summer) at 2:00 pm. All those who have physical illnesses, as well as those burdened or suffering emotionally, mentally, spiritually, psychologically, or financially are cordially invited to come and pray with us. You may pray for your own needs or the needs of others.

If you would like a list of all the healing services, usually being held on the last Sunday of the Month, please call the Blessed Sacrament parish office at 508-668-4700 and the Healing Service Calendar will be mailed to you.

Healing Service by Fr. Ralph DiOrio. Tickets are $10 per person to cover the cost of Facilities Rental Fee. Please bring a Bible and a notebook. Fr. shares a lot of scripture and inspirational teaching messages. Healing Services start at 12:00 noon and will continue into the late afternoon, depending upon when Fr. DiOrio completes his Healing Service. It is suggested that you bring water and something small to snack on, if needed. Call in advance for seating.

Healing Service, Pembroke -- Deacon Jack Sullivan will be conducting a healing service at Saint Thecla Parish, 145 Washington Street, at 5:15 p.m. and every first Friday thereafter with his relic of Blessed Cardinal John Henry Newman. In July 2009, Pope Benedict XVI announced that Jack's sudden and remarkable healing from a crippling spinal injury, after prayer for Newman's intercession, was a miracle, leading to Newman's beatification in September of 2010. Third Saturday Healing Service on the third Saturday of every month at 5:00 pm.

This healing service includes praise music and celebration of the Eucharist. Come and take advantage of this special time in the Lord’s presence.

As always there will be a time for people to come to one of our prayer ministry teams for individual healing prayer. We will also be available for confession during the healing service.

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. (James 5:14).
