Healing Service, Pembroke -- Deacon Jack Sullivan will be conducting a healing service at Saint Thecla Parish, 145 Washington Street, at 5:15 p.m. and every first Friday thereafter with his relic of Blessed Cardinal John Henry Newman. In July 2009, Pope Benedict XVI announced that Jack's sudden and remarkable healing from a crippling spinal injury, after prayer for Newman's intercession, was a miracle, leading to Newman's beatification in September of 2010. This healing service includes praise music and celebration of the Eucharist. Come and take advantage of this special time in the Lord’s presence.

As always there will be a time for people to come to one of our prayer ministry teams for individual healing prayer. We will also be available for confession during the healing service.

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. (James 5:14).
